Donald Trump ‘stunned’ by Barron’s ability to turn on laptop
Barron Trump, Donald Trump’s youngest son, turned 19 on March 20th. After enrolling at New York University’s Stern Business School, Barron now lives in Trump Tower, where he grew up.
Despite being largely private, Barron helped his father connect with younger voters in the 2024 election, advising him on reaching Gen Z through platforms and influencers. Donald Trump praised Barron for his tech-savviness, noting that he’s adept at using a computer, joking that Barron could “turn his laptop on,” unlike his technophobic father.

Barron has found a way to connect with classmates through online gaming, joining the Discord platform and playing games like EA Sports FC 25.
Described as polite, well-spoken, and smart, Barron is reportedly an “old soul” and seems to have a more European outlook, influenced by his mother, Melania. While still focused on his studies, Barron’s future career path, whether in real estate or politics, remains unclear. He’s known for being grounded and thoughtful, unlike many of his peers.
